USA BUYERS

ALL PACKAGES ARE SENT WITH USPS FROM MY STUDIO IN CALIFORNIA. YOUR ORDER WILL BE SENT WITHIN TWO WORKING DAYS AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED UNLESS YOU RECEIVE NOTICE. I WILL DO MY BEST TO EXPEDITE THIS PROCESS.

 
Normal delivery time in the United States once the package has left my studio is:
3-5 days.

Return policy

I want all my customers to be completely happy with their purchases and as such all objects are inspected by hand before they are listed on my website and before they are packaged after an order is placed. If you receive an item and there is anything wrong with it please contact me as soon as possible.

If you send an email, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as any pictures of the issues with the piece. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product in its original unbroken packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

When I receive the item, I will refund the value of the purchased the product, minus the original shipping cost. 

You must pay for the freight to return the goods.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach the studio. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.

Please note that all my functional ceramics are guaranteed for life! Please read my Golden Guarantee for information!

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Also please contact me about potential returns before sending an item back so that I can give you a refund number. Refunds will not be processed unless there is a refund number that I have already provided.

It can take up to several weeks for me to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once I have received the returned products, I will inspect them and process the refund within 48 hours. 

Custom or import duties

If your delivery country charges customs or import duties - these will be charges once the package reaches the destination country. You will have to pay these charges. Unfortunately we have no control over the charges and cannot inform you what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country – so if you have any questions regarding this, please contact your local customs office for further information.
